There are three primary communications tactics that will affect a company's valuation over time:

TRUST  The most important factor, and only way for a company to achieve a truly sustainable premium in its valuation is ensuring the credibility of the management team. That means not hyping a stock, but telling it to the Street straight, and engendering loyalty by helping investors make informed and accurate decisions.  

EDUCATION  The second factor affecting corporate valuations is properly educating the investor base.  Too many companies fail to address the real questions and concerns of Wall Street. Not "why is my technology/product/idea revolutionary?" Rather, it is essential to properly articulate the near and long-term business plan, sales & marketing strategies, capital requirements, and operating leverage in the business that will return maximum shareholder value.

AWARENESS  The third and final factor is increasing exposure, which requires knowing the right audiences, relative to a company's industry, size and stage of development.  Crescendo has a proven track record building institutional ownership, securing research coverage, and generating financial media coverage for our clients.
